498a,Maintenance, Domestic Violence and Divorce.

I have filed a divorce case against my wife in February 2021 on ground of cruality,then she filed cases against me and my family members like 498a,506,294 323, DP 3/4 DV u/s 12 and crpc 125on april 2022. Sir what will happen and how long it will take to judgement..

Dear sir 498A case and many other cases generally take time but first of all you should contest your divorce case seriously then only further things would clear you can contact me and give full details regarding your case so that proper evaluation should be done that at which stage your 498A case and other cases is going on and through this information you will be informed about proper time period.

You get the FIR quashed for the offences registered against u under 498A ,506,etc as the Supreme court passed various judgements against omnibious allegations levelled against husband and in laws .For the case against u under 12 Domestic and 125 u can file revision and get the proceedings stayed from High court.
