498A - Quashing , ordinary man cheated by lawyer and filed case

Dear Sir/ Madam... Please resolve the following issues n1. Two persons entered into living relationship. One is ordinary man who is having small job another one is lawyer (women), she made a statement that she will give divorce after marriage and performed marriage forcibly in presence of women relatives and parents. She had taken videos and pics, she filed case U/S 498A , we filed case in high court for quashing this. nPlease tell us will a lawyer cheated ordinary man is sustained in courts?

it can be quashed even be done after the filing of the Charge Sheet. Moreover, it can also be done after framing the charges in the trial court, the person looking for quashing has to choose the right time for filing of quashing petition in the High Court. Get it quashed..
