How easy is it to get FIR registered for giving dowry against my wife and my father is law , in Delhi, there are few judgements where this has been allowed ?. If I do pursue this path, how should I go about doing it ? ( Religion - Hindu , case - Delhi )

but for filling this type of case you jeed to stand with full proof agaisnt your inlaws so tht after case gor filled in court uou are able to prove ur case .

After the supreme court judgment before registering the FIR both the parties have to go for mediation. If mediation fails then nly FIR is register. And fir registration of FIR the complaint shall be effective with specific allegations of ingredients of dowry harassment.
