498A Appeal -Allowed . Can ex- wife go for appeal

Sir/Madam, Convicted for 1 year in 498A case in the Magistrate court.In the appeal at session court , lower court judgement got reversed and appeal is allowed. Does the ex-file can go for appeal to High court.Please advice. Regards, Deepak

hi Deepak. since the sessions court had reversed the trial court judgement, state government should now grant permission to file the second appeal in high court. ex cannot file second appeal and only state government (if it feels fit) can file second appeal

Dear Deepak, your question is not clear in your matter. in your case sessions court reversed the magistrate court judgement and allowed your appeal. but on appeal they can approach high court, they have right also.
