498A and 4 in Wrong Jurisdiction

Wife did FIR in state B by mentioning she is permanent resident of state B. Wife never been / lived / worked / stayed in state B. Even Husband never went there. Wife is still living in state A. IO investigated Wife never been in State B. And found soneone else is living on that address. IO found Mobile tower location of wife of those dates are of State A. IO submits Final Report in district court in favor of husband. Wife challenged the Final Report. What legal actions to do against wife now?

you need to file a reply on her application and pray for dismissal if you don't appear before the court then perhaps the court will pass an order in her favour so it's better you can file your reply and hire any advocate
