Since both you and your wife have decided to reconcile, you may jointly file a compromise/settlement petition before the High Court in the pending quash proceedings. If the High Court is satisfied that the settlement is genuine and voluntary, it may quash the FIR/proceedings.

It will not take much time as you only need to appear before the high court in person or through an advocate or as ordered by the court and mention that you both have compromised and re union and withdrawal of your petition before the court.
