482 for quashing of NBW was disposed off, can I file the 482 again

Earlier CrPC 482 for quashing of NBW (complaint case section 200 in a 498a) filed in Uttar Pradesh was disposed off. his decision was - The accused is given two months time to surrender in the lower court, no coercive measures sall be taken. In the last two paragraphs it is written that - "It is made clear that if this order is not availed by the accused within stipulated period of time, no time extension application shall be entertained. It is further clarified that the present order has been passed only with regard to the accused on behalf of whom this application u/s 482 CrPC has been moved in this Court. With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed off." Now Can I re-present the new application CrPC 482 for quashing of complaint case filed again ? or Filed New / Fresh Article 226.
dear client in such a case you should not file second 482 application before High Court just because two application is not maintainable so in that case file slp before Supreme Court there is no other remedy available at this stage just because High Court clearly stated that no time extension application will be maintainable after that order clarification you may contact us Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court

if its a fresh complaint and the allegations are similar in nature then you have to file a fresh application along with the prior order of high court you will definitely get a better order from the previous order and do take in grounds do they are habitual in making such allegation as u have no concern to it unless n until if u haven't done soo.
