if one is being summoned by the police wrt a complaint but matter already decided in civil court as well as an earlier complaint having been closed in another police station, what should we do to avoid escalation;ation of the present complaint?

firstly got the certified copies, and file it to the concerned police, and therafter also get certified copies from police station, from where earlier compaint closed last file with current complaint, if after all this nothing has been done by the police. than got to high court for further process.
