482 against 306. We have filed 482 against falsely filed 306.

Dear Experts,nn1.We have filed for 482 in Highcourt against 306. One notice was sent to respondents and we can see the online status - it says unserverd. Please advise what does that mean ?nn2. if the notice which is not signed by respondents,then how many times notice will be sent and who will send the notice - court / police /advocate ?nnThank you.

It seems that notices are not yet served to them ,the notices will be served through police since it is a criminal matter ,if after service they do not appear court will proceed ex party . It is also necessary that ur counsel keeps a watch and gets the matter listed in between for further directions. Contact me if necessary .

you must file writ petition in this case and cpnsult to advocate max 3 times notice will be severed and if not respondent not present in the case than arrest warrant will be served feel free to contact
