महोदय, मेरी भाभी ने मेरे भाई पर 498 323 504 506 34 मै fir कराई थी जो एक साल बाद उसका chargesheet पेश की, मै यह जानना चाहता हूं भाभी ने एक 40 पेज की शिकायत भाई के ऑफिस मै कर के रेपुटेशन को ख़राब करने की कोशिश केरी और साथ मै उसने मेरी wife पर भी झूठे अवैध सम्बन्ध का लिख कर मेरे भाई के ऑफिस मै भेज दिया, मै यह जानना चाहता हूं की 499 500 के आलावा मै कोनसा action ले सकता हूं कृपया मदद करे

Jee Criminal Defamation ke alava aap apni Bhabhi par Civil Defamation ka case bhi file kar sakte hai. Agar aapki Bhabi ne court ke saamne jhoot bola hu Affidavit par unn cases me jo unhone file kar rakhe hai, tab toh app, unn par perjury ka case bhi dal aur chala sakte hai apne vakil dwara
