4/5 8(c) 2/w 20(b) (11) (b) 29(1) NDPS ACT , They were arrested by devala police and sent to jail on november 10 2020 and till now they haven't got the bail and I need to know the strength of the case and whether its bailable, and I quantity recovered was 2.5 kg of kanja for two individuals

NDPS Act is one of the stringent acts and grant of bail is difficult depending on the case. As long as commercial quantity of the material is not seized from the accused it is the court's discretion. However, you can move bail petition.
