420 pending case what would be its effect on govt. job

Sir I got govt job,order is not given M facing 420 criminal case charge sheet submitted to court still case is not charged Nw my doubt is Is there any problem for issuing job order to me? Plz reply it's ny humble request to you

There should not be any problem since you are only an accused. If the trial is complete and if you are convicted, then you may lose the job. A man is innocent until charges against him are proved. The case many years to be completed. Till such time you are safe.

Yes as per government rules if Case is charged then you can be suspended and you are suppose to inform governments agency or where you work in your office that you have been Charged and you can be suspended but once you are proved guilty then you could be terminated from job as well , so if you don't inform your job would be saved but that would be against rules and if you inform would be suspended...better meet at our office for better help...OFC : Adv Pankaj Kumar
