420 Fraud By Tax Consultant Change The Mobile Number And Mail-Id

Can I filled criminal case after filling a case in consumer forum on same person because he has done a fraud with me.. As he has not done his job after taking his fees and he had changed my mobile number and mail ID on my GST Application so now i want to raise the issue in each platform. So please suggest me what should I do ?

You can sue him for deficiency of service and claim compensation under civil remedy. First you need to serve legal notice either by you or on behalf of you by lawyer. By lawyer will be more effective and wait for notice period. And go for civil remedy. In this case no criminal liability so you cannot file criminal complaint.
