420' 426 ' 34 FIR filed against employees by company investors

I was working in company for 1 year . Company was into agriculture and aquaculture investments and contract farming business i worked as a marketing executive. Just like me there are more 100 employees who use to sale project and investment plan to people who show interest in our website by cold calling. All the agreement and paper and money transaction has done between company and investors we were just a employees who use to provide documentation to investors which is provided by company management. Now due to some tax issue ( GST) company account got freez and company stop paying investors amount and stop building project. There are more than 2000 investors who invested corros of rs. Company removed all the employee in month of NOV and now investors are filling police FIR against (marketing executive) employees and director of company. My self received FIR letter for 420 426 and 34 . nnPlease suggest what can be the best action to keep our self safe from these FIR

Well, I need to see the copies of the FIR filed against your Colleague Employees to safeguard you from getting a similar FIR filed against you. Also, send me whatever evidences which you have which can go in your favor

is it necessary that you immediately share the notice. It isn't a letter but maybe a notice under section 41 A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. It is necessary that you immediately move the court seeking Anticipatory Bail Application since you have a strong apprehension of being arrested by the police officers.

You will have to approach the High Court under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code for quashing of FIR against you since you have not committed any offence. Before the High Court, you will have to inform the Court that you were only a salaried employee and had no role in the loss caused to the investors
