41 Par Paband Karna Kya Hota Hai ?

Mere friend par 324 ki FIR submit hui thi, wo PS k aas paas hi rehta hai, lekin usko arrest ab tak nahi kiya gaya. Ab uska waleel keh raha k , usko thaane jana hai, saath me ek photo and aadhaar ki xerox lejaani hai, phir police IO usse 41 par sign leke report submit karlega, zyada poochne par wakeel ne bataya k, police uskp paband karke chhor rahi 41 means. Mera sawal ye hai ki ye procedure kya hota hai

41A CRPC ka Notice Prapt hua hoga aapke friend ko, uske tahat, Police Investigation me usko Co-operate karna tha. Agar woh 41A CRPC ka Notice milne pe co operate karta hai, toh agar woh Investigation ke dauran Doshi nahi paya jaata, toh usko clean chit mil jaayegi Police dwara ya agar Doshi paya jaata hai, toh Police sabse pehle Court me Chargesheet file karegi aur phir accused ko arrest karegi Court Orders pe.
