I am working in college. They lodge a cheating case (402 420 fir filled) They had my original certificates and they are not giving. They are asking for money to pay the They will return back my certificates.

hi if they are not giving certificates then you could send them legal notice and that you could file petition in court and then could file quash petition in high court to quash the petition as it is based on all false allegations
