Once the FIR is filed and the statement of Victim is also recorded under sec. 164 of Cr. P. C. , the matter has to be contested in trial court . There are less chances of quashing the FIR by High Court if prima facie case is made out from charge sheet. Give your evidence before trial court to prove your innocence.

If you had the intention to marry the lady and accordingly indulged in sex with her on the pretext of marriage, no offence has been committed by you. You can file a discharge application in the sessions court or go for quashing before the Bombay High Court Let me know further details of your matter.
