Can I go for filing FIR on the opposite party who FIR on me for charges on 377 pocso 7/8. I was not even knowing the age of this guy as he is using an app gay app for 18+. He came to meet me and later build false story to FIR against me

For your immediate rescue and peace, it's more important to get the FIR so filed by him quashed. To file counter FIR, what first should be clear is whether there exists all reasons beyond reasonable doubt that the opposite party hid his age and under the pretext of portraying himself as an adult maliciously established physical relation with you.
