377 511 pocso 7/8 fake case FIR and now complainant is ready to finish

How long does it take to complete 377 511 pocso 7/8 case as complaintant is ready to turn hostile as it's their fault and without knowing the truth they filed FIR and now they are ready to finish the case. Since it is pocso non compoundable offence not exceptabl for settlement and compromise but in my case complaintant will turn hostile. I have question how long does it take to complete finish the case or going for quashing of FIR . Which option is most suitable

If the complainant has turned hostile then it's good for you and you should immediately approach the High Court of your State and apply for the quashing of the FIR. In the petition attach the statements of the complaintant that were recorded by the session court.

Dear client The remedy would be to file a quashing Petition before the High Court in case the complaint is willing to settle / not oppose, the High Court will consider the same. Feel free to reach out for further discussion. Regards
