Is there any pocso case where the minor created his/her profile on dating app and lied his age with the accused and later his father/mother filed FIR on the accused. I am going through same as pocso 7/8 case 377 511 385 fake case registered against me

Please specify your query. If u are going through the same then what is the stage of your case. Whether only FIR is lodged or you had been taken in to custody or you still have to surrender or you want to get the FIR be quashed or u want an anticipatory bail in it. Elaborate your query and the case for proper reply
