Dear Queriest you to inform the Honble court and get an arrest warrant issued for the same. if he is absconding then the court may give f directions to police, if you know his whereabouts then it is well and good to help to get the accused back here for more information about the same kindly call me.

With reference to your query normally wild granting bill the court gives a condition not to leave the country without the permission of the court. In case such condition is mentioned in the bail order you can apply to the court for cancellation of the bail. Otherwise while framing of charge the accused needs to be present before the court.
