Whatever crime he has been charged for is a heinous crime and 376 is an offence in which getting the bail is not easy. Usually chances of getting the regular bail is after the cross examination of the prosecutrix. That’s you the complainant/ victim. So precisely he won’t be getting bail any how before 5-6 months And we can use our legal remedies to linger on the matter and to keep him in bail as long as possible. We can discuss this over a meeting or the call
