मेरे उपर354ipc का मुकदमा मै ड्यूटी पर था

मै वायुसेना में हु मेरे व मेरे भाईयों के उपर किसी महिला ने किसी के प्रभाव में आकर चलती ट्रेन में फर्जी घटना बना कर 156(३) से मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया घटना के समय मैे ड्यूटी पर था वेवचक ने बिना जाच के हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को न मानते हुए आरोप पत्र लगा दिया यह घटना 2014की है बाद में हाईकोर्ट ने बेल कराने को कहा जिसमे २लोगों ने करा ली मैंने नही कराई विभाग को भी सूचना है वादी किराये के मकान कामे रहता है १माह बाद बदल देता है और इसके बाद दूसरे जिले से मेरे पिता व भाई के उपर 376का मुकदमा दर्ज कराती है जो जाँच मे फर्जी पाया गया इसमें क्या किया जा सकता हैं
