I am the accused under 354. The complaint is made in the special circumstances of the complainant. We are friendly with each other. Can I convince the court of the truth before the trial? how

You can file a petition under 482 crpc to quash the court proceedings. If you are still in contact she can file an affidavit before the court and case can be quashed as settled. Kindly give documents to give a proper legal advice.
