विषय- पति आशूतोष मिश्रा उम्र 33 (ऊर्फ आशु), सास सरिता मिश्रा, ससुर -अनिल मिश्रा देवर -प्रियत्तोष मिश्रा( उर्फ अंकू), द्वारा शादी के बाद से ही लगातार 1500000 रुपए की मांग की जाना मारना पीटना जलाना डराना धमकाने की कोशिश कर आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाना एवं अश्लील गाली देकर मानसिक शारीरिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करना । साज़िश के तहत बेडरुम मे सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाकर पर्सनल फोटो ऐंड वीडियो रिकार्ड कर वायरल करने की धमकी देना सकिन दुर्ग( गया नगर निवासी वार्ड क्रमांक 4 गली नंबर 3 देवांगन धर्मशाला परमेश्वरी स्कूल के पास) करना एवं ड्यूटी से वापस आते समय दुर्घटना के बाद से ससुराल में नहीं घुसने देना ।

ap unke khilaf police station me shikayat Kar sakte hai sath hi aao sp complain Kar sakte hai aur aap I g sahab se bhi iski shikayat kar sakte hai aur un par 498a ke tahat FIR kara sakte hai ap apne husband ke against 125 crpc ka case laga kar har month maintenance ka amount le sakte hai

you can lodged FIR against your in laws including all of them those who are threatng you and ask for money, police will take a action soon and arrest all of them as soon as possible , dont delay for FIR because this is very serious crime
