30 yr old man manipulated young girl

What happens when a 30 yr old man manipulates a 16 yr old and keeps her in a fake relationship for years by telling her constant lies and taking advantage of her.

The girl can always report it to the police station according to her jurisdiction and register a FIR against that guy under section 376. And since the girl is minor then he can also be prosecuted under the POSCO Act.

This is a case of a minor and it’s a crime to have physical relationships with a minor doesn’t matter if there is a consent given or not as the girl here is a minor. This act is heinous and the person involved in this will be charged under POCSO.
