Is 20 days delay condonable in registering FIR to a police station ?

absolutely. though at the trial the delay has to be properly explained. at times the nature of offence has a lot to do with the delay for instance when the offence itself was discovered after certain time for instance cheating.

yes. depends on the offence. if you feel aggrieved do go an register an fir. if you require any help then get in touch woth s s law offices by searching google
there is no harm in filing a delayed fir. sometimes the victims condition is such that the pwrson needs to cone our of the initial trauma.
