यदि ट्रायल कोर्ट में चार्जेस फ्रेम हो चुके है एवम चार्जशीट पेश की जा चुकी है तो आप उच्चतम न्यायालय में पुनः बेल के लिए आवेदन करे। साथ ही आप चार्जेस के विरुद्ध रिवीजन पेटिशन हाई कोर्ट में फाइल करे। बयान, चार्जशीट, की कॉपी ट्रायल कोर्ट से प्राप्त करे।
