Mere question h ki mere partner h jinko Mandsaur ke Abadi jile gadi chori case m arrest kiya h bail ke liye 2 bar try Kiya but supreme court se 2 bar bail reject hogyi h to kya ab high court m apply nhi kr skte kya charge sheet jruri h charge sheet ke bina hm high court m apply nhi kr skte h ya fr koi or best way suggest kijiye jisme jaldi bail mil paye

Aap chargesheet ke bad hi apply kare bail ke liye usme apko grounds miljayenge bail ke liye .Agar koi apko bol raha hai ki Chargesheet je Bina bail miljayegi to galat hai sirf paise ke liye karega .Chargesheet me police ki galti bhi Pandi ja sakti hai jiise bail mile.

There is no limit to file bail application in any court You can file in high court. And jaise ki app bata rahe h ki SC Se bail reject ho gayi h toh court ne koe condition ke sath toh reject nahi ki and bahut sare point hotey h jo humko dekhne hotey h bail file kartey time. Dharampuri Or mandsur me yeh kaffi common hai App mujhe contact kariye yeha itna sab batana possible nahi h
