This girl has problem and this time attacked my son getting his bone dislocated...we filed mlc...what should police do after mlc .please share procedure

Dear Sir, On the basis of MLC the Police should register FIR and start investigation by arresting the women who assulted your son if that does not happened you may approach Higher Police Officers or file private complaint through Advocate before Magistrate.
