10000 rupees cash forgery by a dealership

24-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
When I purchased a bike, the manager of that dealership asked me to pay 10000 rupees in cash and rest amount by cheque. Later he denied to give me invoice for that10000 rupees. I have call recordings as proof. But the registrar of consumer court said that they don't accept call recordings. Now what should I do?

You need to submit written evidence in consumer court , for cash transactions more than 5000 not countable. so try to engage that person I whatsapp chat . and ask several questions to make him to accept that he took 10k. so with that chat as an evidence can be accepted

tell the registrar to give a written order to that effect and if he does you can approach the high Court to get suitable order. for more details kindly contact any competent high court lawyer. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi University), Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta
