10 saal pahle case khatam ho gya district court se ab police call kar rahi hai verification ke liye bula rahi hai Kya kiya jaye Please suggest me.

Agar Aapka case khatm ho Gya hai to aapke paas case khatm hone par case ka judgment / order ki certified hogi. Agar nahi hai tab aap us case ki copy nikalwa Kar aap police ko de dijiye tab aapka verification pura ho jayega. Case ki certified copy nikalwane ke lie aap apne area ke local wakil se contact kar sakte hain

Ap na jaye agr koi summoning order nahi hai toh. Case jab khatm ho gya hai toh jane ka matlb nai hai. Next time jab police phone kregi toh ap meri baag kra de mai samj lunga ki kis lia bula rhi hai. Bol de agr verification krna ha to ghr ajaye

आपको चाहिए कि कोर्ट के अंतिम आदेश (Judgment/Acquittal/Disposal Order) की कॉपी साथ लेकर थाने जाएँ और पुलिस को दिखाएँ कि मामला समाप्त हो चुका है। यदि आप बरी (Acquitted) हुए थे या केस खत्म हो गया था, तो पुलिस सामान्यतः केवल रिकॉर्ड सत्यापन करती है। किसी भी खाली कागज पर हस्ताक्षर न करें और यदि पुलिस अनावश्यक दबाव बनाए तो किसी स्थानीय अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से लिखित प्रतिनिधित्व दें। यदि बार-बार परेशान किया जाए तो उच्च अधिकारियों/SP को शिकायत या हाई कोर्ट में उचित राहत ली जा सकती है।

Agar aapka case 10 saal pehle district court se poori tarah khatam (dispose/acquit) ho chuka hai, toh pareshan hone ki zaroorat nahi hai. Kai baar police records update karne ya verification (jaise passport, job, ya routine audit) ke liye bulati hai. Aap thandey dimaag se police station jayein, lekin akele jaane ke bajaye apne saath us case ka Certified Copy of Judgment/Order jarur lekar jayein, jisme aapka acquittal ya case closure saaf likha ho. Agar aap chahein toh apne saath ek lawyer ko bhi le ja sakte hain taaki police ko legal status clear kiya ja sake. Darne ki koi baat nahi hai, bas documents ready rakhein.
