What to do if fraud has been done by company on me

I was called up by a lady from Surat Gujarat on behalf of Naukri.com on last Saturday. She was ready to refund my money Rs 2000 which I deposited for registration in Naukri.com. She asked me the detail of my ATM card and withdrew Rs.5000 on same day. Now She is not favouring me to refund my money..Now number is switched off. I have an evidence only one message in which company name is ABIPBL. Could I be helped by you?
