What to do if an investor is not ready to leave the company

I am giving exit to a investor but he is not taking, so i am thinking to leave this company and also making issues and ruling the company and make a separate company with the same service thus removing him, and also from a separate country to be void with non competance, what are the type of case he ca put on me and what will be the consequence / money for it. He just invested USD 32K and seeked 41%. He is also not diluting though there is no such anti-dilution clause
It all depends on the terms of the investment agreement you have signed with your investor. Unless I do not read the agreement it will be difficult for me to advice you in right direction. Just quitting and setting up your shop in any other country does not make you immune from any of the clauses of the agreement you have entered.
