Want to know legal procedure to open office in one part of the house

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Is it lawful to Dedicate a room for Office and operate it at Home for Office work? Please Advise! Thanks in advance ~

This is lawful you can dedicate your office for work . There is no law in constitution that you have to work in your office you can work from home office also..
But if you are employee so you have to work from office in emergency you can work from home

You will have to give the address of your office as required by the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Understanding. You can apprise it to the address and authority where your company is registered and inquire whether there is any objection and whether any additional condition is required to be met. It should not be a problem. You should inform Electricity, Revenue departments since their rates for residential, office, commercial are different.
