Supplier buyer agreement for foods

I have to prepare Supplier Buyer agreement for foods. I am acting as a trader. I will act as a buyer on behalf of my actual buyer with my supplier. I have to make sure predetermined quantity and quality of product should be reached to my buyer from seller.

with reference to your query you need to take care of various things while drafting of the agreement with the seller. Need to confirm the quantity, quality, rate, transportation, payment terms and mode of delivery. Also need to take care that In the event the delivery is not done on time what are consequences would be there need to take care of all these expects while drafting the agreement.
