Apparently once you have signed an undertaking you are bound by the same. Although without going through the document no proper legal advice is possible. It is advisable to share your related document to get proper advise.
Hi, agreement of Rs.10 is enough to file case against u in case of any breach. But in order to tell u how u can leave company inspite of agreement u have to show agreement copy so that correct advise can be given . If ur in noida contact us.

In your eagerness to break your contract you should be careful because it can be construed as criminal breach of trust which is an offence under IPC and is punishable. It would be wise to talk with the authorities and work out an amicable solution. Otherwise you may cite reasons which will have to be worked out as per the situation for which you will have to consult a good Advocate. The importance of that stamp paper is that you signed it so entered into contract, however it is not on par with affidavit.
