To sceen said incident Mgt sent me a ch.sheet at wrong address but throughout refused & ignored my all prompt and repeated Speed/Regd post/dasti letters in response to such ch sheet, by secretly making forged refusal note on such ch sheet under my forged signature purporting to be refusal to participate in the inquiry, ex parte dismissed me from service on 23-12-94 without any notice and opportunity under preplanned conspiracy, fraud and forgery. I m in labour court. Apart from IPC, what more remedy is available to me under company law. May I file any case in NCLT or CCI etc. Thanks & Regard.

as this is a very delayed matter what reply you have given against you forged signature or about your address and when you came to know about the facts of the case that it has been decided exparte this matters a lot what charges has been framed against you against your job profile then you can negotiate in NCLT.
