Non Delivery Of Item But Payment Done

Hello,
This is Yogesh from Techomax Automation, Delhi. We have placed an order for some machinery on meeting the vendor. The person asked us to make payment and told us the product will be delivered within 4 days but now its been 2 months the person kept saying he will supply the machinery but till now we have not received and we want our money back but he is refusing now kindly suggest what to do
hello client as you are saying you have places a order with the vendor .vendor promised delivery if machines in 4 days but now it has been 2 month no dilivery is been done and notcready to give payment back in this matter you nees to go to court urgently in a suit so ur able to reciver ur money with interest from vendor and details advice can bee given after going thriugh the documents .
