Legal options in case of a Partnership deed

17-Nov-2023 (In Corporate Law)
My father was a partner in a partnership firm along with my two uncles ( Chacha). He expired in the year 2013. My uncles are not letting me enter in the firm nor giving me any profits . The partnership deed has not changed at all . i have tried mutual discussions & tried to come to an agreement with the help of common relatives but they are not willing to accommodate me in any way whatsoever. I am working in a Private Job i want my rights in the firm. Please suggest options & Legal remedies.

You can file a suit for claiming your share in the partnership being the legal hier of your father. The contents of the partnership deed needs to be perused. Futher the suit for ascertaining the value of the assets for claiming the share and settlement of accounts be filed.
