I am working for a five star deluxe hotel, multi national company rooted into the hospitality business, the Mumbai unit has been established for past 17years and have been with them for past six years as a full time confirmed employee. Since past two months I have been getting calls from the HR dept. asking for my resignation and telling me that if I don't do so, soon they will send me a notice of termination. They haven't given anything in writing or on email when asked for it to be in writing they said it that it's a confidential scheme offered only to a few employees. They call almost twice a month and try to convince us for the resignation. My salary has been stopped since they have started calling me while other employees are getting paid even while not at work and in the month of April 2020, nine days of salary was cut without any form of intimation. PLEASE HELP.
