If you have not signed any contract/agreement then there is nothing to worry and therefore no legal action can be taken against you rather you can file in labour court for your salary which is not paid to you.

No he cannot force you at all.
There has to be a wriiten contract, when it relates to work. You are free to quit as you are not at all bound by it. Furthemore it appears that as you have not been paid, you have more so a reason to rescind from the agreement.

You state ' i was working as a freelancer' and also state 'But the freelancer is forcing me to do that' so your position is not clear. Please clarify your position. In any case, you did not sign any contract, so Breach of Contract is not applicable to you and you are not liable for upholding any terms of contract, so you need not have any fear of any action against you from Courts.

Hello dear,
Well in corporate sector there are few initiator who with a little knowledge use to exploit the incumbent`s interest, Whereas it is learned that the laws in other frame has a saving clause of the interest.
Therefore it is solicited to have an appointment so that the necessary legal steps be taken to avoid.
