KlearExpressCorp airplane ticket (50,000) reimbursement not provided

I need to send a legal notice to my employer to refund me the price of my ticket from USA
I was hired in US to work in India for this company, KlearExpress Corp and was not given a full refund of my promised airplane ticket to India.
I have let them know this legal complaint and they have given me half the price of ticket. I want the full refund of the ticket of 702$ US
Please help and guide me. I know the legal notice is first.
