Is there anything legal to be kept in mind while outsourcing projects?

Sir/Ma'am, I've registered a Private Limited Company and outsourced a Data Entry Project from USA. I am working from Home and distributing the workload with Temporary employees. I've IEC Code and getting Remittance in Company Account for the Service we offer. Is there anything I need to think over from Legal Point of View. Please Advise!

dear as you got the iec code you only need to get the AD code after that.for further advice you can contact me.you can also enroll yourself in registration cum memership certificate for five years.for further contact me.

Your activities can be reported as illegal as you r doing commercial transaction from your home you have to make a proper memorandum of your company specifying everything by contacting a lawyer mentioning proper liabilities . Contact further for detailed information. .
