I want to find out information about shareholders of a private ltd. co

My late husband was a director and a shareholder of a private ltd. company.
After his death my brother in law apparently made me a director also, and all shares in his name were supposedly transferred in my name.I did not get any transfer papers though.
Later after 1 1/2 years I got remarried and -at that time I transfereed all my shares to my two children.
On checking Company records it seems no transfer had been done either iin my name or in my childrens name.
I would like to confirm the share holdings and later file a case.
the shares are allot by the company to it's share holders that shares are ruled or govern by moa or aoa of company and same is registered with company registrar office of concern area you can seen from there if you aren't get transferred share in your children name you need to apply it through procedure by law you can get it. if you're not getting transfer share directly from company you need to go for case against the authority for that you need documents old share certificate, deathe certificate of your husband etc

Well, the question arises here, how did you transfer your shares to your children in Private Limited Company! As you are telling that you had not received any transfer papers & as such, from your statements, I presume that you don't have the Share Certificates too to prove your share in Pvt Limited Company if for a while, we forget about the shares of your Husband, which had been transferred to you based on your Inheritance & such reflection in that regard had not been made on your Share-Certificate or transfer papers.
