I have been forced to resign from an organisation.what is to be done?

I have resigned and its been a month now.
My family is dependent on my income .what should i do now?
Till you find other job, ask for the Gratuity from your previous Employer if you would have completed five years in your last organisation + Provident fund. You can also claimcompensation if they have terminated you the expiry of your mandatory notice period & as such without any fault of your's, without substantive reason.
