How to prepare an agreement between brand ambassador and our company

I wanted to know that how to prepare the Agreement between us and a brand ambassador of our company.
Any legal Agreement, including in between a Company and Brand Ambassador, requires to satisfy the three essential ingredients of a valid legal contract viz. offer, acceptance and consideration. The Agreement must be for the lawful purpose only. Terms of the agreement are mutually discussed and agreed between the parties. Terms of the Agreement should not violate any binding legal rules and regulations. Further details can be provided depending upon the complete facts of the matter.

You should get it drafted by a competent law firm so that all conditions are properly taken care of. e.g.
1. Failure to perform obligations by ambassador.
2. Length of term of agreement and Payment Terms.
3. Renewal option and terms.
4. What happens in case of frustration of contract.
5. Duties on ambassador such as no negative comment about brand or superlative for competing brand.
6. Clause so that same person does not become ambassador for another competing product for a fixed amount of time after expiry of current contract term.
