In order to draft a co-founder agreement, you need to contact me with the terms, and details of your rights, liabilities, share in business, responsibilities, and accordingly a Co-founder's agreement can be drafted.

You mean a share holders agreement?
Well you will need a lawyer for that. Dont think you can do this one on your own unless you are a practicing corporate law attorney or have a really
good basic draft to begin with (and a friend who isna good lawyer). Good luck and happy founding. Happy to help you with it. You can get in touch through law rato.

you have to give complete details of parties, with their complete addresses and purpose for which you want to make this CFA, place and execution date. You also have to mention terms and clauses mutually agreed between both the parties. Once these details are ready the CFaA will be drafted.
