Harrasment by my ex-employer, what to do

My previous company has put-up a case against me to harass me. Charges put on me are: *Leaving the co. without prior notice *Theft of a computer The Co. has put this case at Kolkata Trail court, I have challenged them with valid proofs (relieving letter, experience letter, My job location was in Delhi and never went to there Kolkata office). I have already applied for the quashing petition at Kolkata high court. But I am looking for the justice to compensate my expenses and disgrace. What best could I do on this? They have a office in Dwarka where I had worked. Regards.
This sounds like a trumped up case against you by the company which appear to be upset with you. You can make a claim / counter claim for compensation for harassment, mental stress etc. Since they have an office in delhi, you may also file a case against them in a delhi court.

You can file a defamation case against your employer by filing an FIR in your nearest police station. Please go to the police station and get a complaint/FIR registered. Once the FIR is registered, there will be a thorough investigation and if required, criminal proceeding accordingly.
