i have supplied material to a customer , now its over a year now still havent recd payment , i am a MSME industrial manufacturer , pls advice
What is the legal precautions which you have taken being a supplier before supplying the materials. If you have entered into any agreement with him means send a legal notice through your advocate by compelling him to comply the same if he fails to do so then you can file a case against him at court. If you have not entered into any service agreement then if you have any signed documents, bills or receipts may be helpful for you to substantiate your claim before court of law. Consult any advocate.

Ans: you have a special body which looks into payment issues and you can engage an advocate and apply to the body for recovery of the dues. thereafter, you can file execution to recover the said amount.
